- Makes management decisions and performs all management duties in absence of store manager
- Prior retail selling experience, preferably in the women's clothing industry and willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Store Manager
- Manages day-to-day operations of store and personnel
- Recruits, interviews and hires qualified personnel based on anticipated needs
- Trains personnel in our selling techniques, register procedures, visual skills, and sale set-up
- Coaches personnel on a regular basis
- Implements floor moves in a timely manner
