In order to maintain this standard of customer service we must hire bright and energetic sales associates.

We offer positions as full and part-time sales associates, assistant managers, and store managers. Each position has an increasing level of responsibility with the common thread in all positions being the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Sales Associate
  • Responsible for generating sales and for providing customer service
  • Performs variety of operational activities such as merchandise display and cashwrap procedures
  • Learn our selling techniques
  • Prior retail selling experience helpful, plus willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Assistant Manager
  • Selling and servicing of customers
  • Assists the store manager in sales generation, operations, and personnel management
  • Assists with the training and development of sales associates
  • Learn and utilize our selling techniques
  • Makes management decisions and performs all management duties in absence of store manager
  • Prior retail selling experience, preferably in the women's clothing industry and willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Store Manager
  • Manages day-to-day operations of store and personnel
  • Recruits, interviews and hires qualified personnel based on anticipated needs
  • Trains personnel in our selling techniques, register procedures, visual skills, and sale set-up
  • Coaches personnel on a regular basis
  • Implements floor moves in a timely manner
